Norway: Yoplait vs Skyr: Battle launched over packaging shape
Dairy group Q-Meieriene has taken Tine-owned Fjordland to court for
allegedly copying a unique container for the Icelandic cultured milk product
Skyr. Fjordland has used a similar shape for one of its yoghurt
products.
