Germany: Bundesrat demands 50 per cent plastics recycling target
Germany’s upper house of Parliament, the
Bundesrat, has called for Germany to set a 50 per cent plastics recycling
target, saying that the current 22.5 per cent plastics packaging recycling
target under the EU packaging and packaging waste directive is far too low.
