Streeter v Hughes and another [2013] EWHC 2841 (QB)

A car driver was not found liable by the High Court for a collision with a 14-year-old cyclist who moved out from behind a parked van into the path of the driver, who was found not to have been driving too fast and who had no reasonable opportunity to avoid the collision.
