Fuseon Ltd v Senior Courts Costs Office and Another

The claimant Fuseon was a letting agency in Lancashire. A co-director, S, committed frauds causing liabilities to Fuseon of more than £100,000. Upon discovering these activities, L, the director, contacted Greater Manchester Police, who refused to investigate due to "austerity" requiring them to prioritise other offence types.
