Jury finds against FCA in pioneering case on WhatsApp messages deletion

The FCA has lost its first prosecutionin relation to a destruction of documents offence under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.Konstantin Vishnyak, a former VTB Capital plc banker who deleted his WhatsApp messages, was found not guilty.
