The procurement of services and materials
6.1 Introduction
This chapter will go into the (contractual) relationship that the Contractor will enter into with other companies that will be engaged to execute part of the (Main) Contractor’s scope of work and the suppliers of materials and equipment, necessary for the execution of the Works under the main contract.
