Farmers Group completes $3.94bn MetLife deal
The Farmers Group subsidiary of Zurich Insurance, along with the Farmers Exchanges, have completed their $3.94bn cash acquisition
of MetLife’s Metropolitan Property and Casualty (MetLife Auto & Home) unit and have assumed its 2.4m in-force policies.
