Jurisdiction in relation to individual contracts of employment
11.01 General
Section 5 of Title II of the Lugano Convention is entitled ‘Jurisdiction over individual contracts of employment’. Articles 18 to 21 spell out the jurisdictional rules which apply to proceedings which fall within this Section, as follows:
