BROOKS REPLACED AS ALPHACAT CEO

AlphaCat chief executive, Paschal Brooks, is to be replaced by industry veteran Chris Schaper, it has been reported. Brooks will depart from the role slightly more than a year after being appointed in April 2020, the reports said. Run by Validus, AlphaCat is the insurance-linked securities investment management unit of AIG. Schaper is chief executive of AIG Re.
