CONVEX RECEIVES GREEN LIGHT FOR EUROPEAN ENTITY

Convex Group has received authorisation from regulators to launch a European insurance entity in Luxembourg. Convex Europe will write European business via a UK branch that will be located in London. This branch remains subject to regulatory approval from the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The new carrier has been issued an A- rating from S&P Global Ratings.
