With the 1 July deadline for compliance with the Remuneration Code just months away, Alexandra Carn provides an employment law perspective on specifics of its implementation.

There has been considerable commentary on the terms of the FSA’s Remuneration Code that came into force at the beginning of the year as regards the arrangements for variable remuneration. What bears further analysis, however, are the more practical aspects of how those requirements can be translated into terms and conditions for employees.
