LiquefiedNatural Gas (“LNG”) is currently the fastest-growing gas supply source. Shell's LNG Outlook 2019 Report predicts a compound annual growth rate in the market of 4 per cent between now and 2035. By 2025, US$240 billion is expected to be invested into LNG projects worldwide, leading to an additional 180 million tonnes per annum of LNG in circulation.
