US$8 billion damages for US man over drug reaction
US drug firm Johnson & Johnson (J&J) has been ordered to pay US$8 billion (£6.6 billion) in punitive damages to a man over
claims he was not warned that an antipsychotic drug could lead to breast growth, according to BBC News Online. A Philadelphia
jury made the award in the case which is reportedly one of thousands pending in the state.
