Fixed recoverable costs in lower value clinical negligence claims

The Civil Justice Council (CJC) working group has produced its report on “Fixed Recoverable Costs in Lower Value Clinical Negligence Claims” which has come up with a number of proposals. However, it admitted: “The majority of the working group had been able to agree on some things, but not to conclude an agreement on the level of fixed recoverable costs.”
