Ericsson pays more than US$1 billion, enters DPA over US foreign bribery violations

Ericsson, the Swedish telecommunications group, will pay over US$1 billion as it seeks to draw a line under criminal and civil investigations into breaches of the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act between 2000 and 2016.
