Oracle ruling ‘upends’ software practices, Google claims

The US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit’s (CAFC) ruling in Google v Oracle would “upend the long-settled practice of the computer software industry of reusing software interfaces”, if left unreversed, Google has claimed.
