Publishers sue over mass ebook infringement

Several high-profile publishers including Penguin Randomhouse and HarperCollins have claimed the Internet Archive’s Open Library project is infringing copyrights related to ebooks on a mass scale, according to a new lawsuit filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
