Spread-betting chief exec appeals FCA ban and £659k fine

The former chief executive of financial spread-betting company Worldspread has appealed against a ban and a £658,900 fine from the FCA for market abuse by referring the decision notice to the Upper Tribunal. The FCA has already fined and banned the company’s chief financial officer and financial controller.
