US realty developers have filed a petition with the Supreme Court of the US (SCOTUS) seeking to overturn a US Court of Appeals
for the Second Circuit February verdict, which held that painting over street artists’ work on the famous 5Pointz warehouse
building in New York City was “unlawful”.
