Diversity in big law ‘has to be addressed’

Leading black attorneys tell IPM that diversity and representation of black lawyers needs to be addressed at big law firms

The lack of black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) attorneys in big law firms “has to be addressed” and firms should look to “proactively reach out to support” black attorneys in their education and legal careers, leading practitioners have told IPM.
