Bad-faith Banksy

Anonymous artist filed EU marks in badfaith to ‘circumvent’ copyright in order to avoid revealing his identity

World-famous street artist Banksy has lost EU trademarkprotection for his famous ‘flower bomber’ work, after an EU IntellectualProperty Office (EUIPO) panel found the artist had filed the application in“bad faith”.
