FCA updates Handbook to help firms prepare for Brexit deadlines

The FCA has published the
versionof its Handbook that will apply from 11pm on 31 December, as the United Kingdomfinally leaves the European Union. Firms can use this version
to guide themtowards complying with the changes they must comply with on that date in somecases or, more generally, by 31
March 2020.
