Ensuring maximum transparency of IP policy measures undertaken by World Trade Organization (WTO) members is “in the mutual
interest of all stakeholders”, the WTO secretariat said in a note published ahead of the latest Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual
Property Rights (TRIPS) council meeting today (16 October).
