INTA 2020: attendees urged to embrace diversity and inclusion

Edelman’s global chief diversity and inclusion officer tells attendees that brands should ‘recognise the value of diversity’

Diversity and inclusion (D&I) should no longer be a box ticking exercise and brands should recognise the value of diversity as it’s “a must to ensure success”, International Trademark Association (INTA) attendees were told during a keynote speech today (17 November).
