FCA to discuss status of MiFID II transparency calibrations with trading venues

The FCA is to broach the possibility of abandoning or adapting the MiFID II transparency calibrations from the UK regulatory regime after the United Kingdom formally leaves the European Union on 31 December. The discussions are part of Brexit-related work being carried out by the regulator’s International team.
