Association of Costs Lawyers concerned over guideline hourly rates review
The Association of Costs Lawyers (ACL) has warned that the failure to capture data from costs budgets filed in court risks
makes the review of the guideline hourly rates (GHR) a wasted opportunity. The ACL called for the right for costs lawyers
to seek grade A rates for the most complex work they handle.
