“Learning from Litigation Claims” guidance from NHS Resolution

New guidance has been issued to help NHS trusts improve patient safety by learning from clinical negligence claims. “Learning from Litigation Claims”, produced by Getting It Right First Time programme (GIRFT) and NHS Resolution, offers trust clinicians, managers and legal teams a practical and structured approach to claims learning, and sharing examples of best practice from across England.
