Medical Defence Union members stressed and anxious at work

New research published by the Medical Defence Union (MDU) shows that 73 per cent of medical members who responded stated they feel stressed and/or anxious on a weekly basis, while 57 per cent believe they have a poor work/life balance. The survey also found that 44 per cent often perform their role when they don’t feel fit or well.
