WORLD INSURANCE ASSOCIATES MAKES LEADERSHIP MOVES

US broker World Insurance Associates (WIA) has announced changes to its leadership team. Frank Costa, WIA’s chief operating officer, will move to the newly created role of chief growth officer, where he will be dedicated to all new business and client retention initiatives, and will build a formal sales infrastructure. He is succeeded as COO by Andrea Paris. Prior to joining WIA, Paris held operational leadership roles at Willis Towers Watson and USI. Michele Stoebling, WIA’s HR officer will take on the newly created position of head of acquisition integration, where she will be dedicated to further building out the internal infrastructures for the onboarding of acquisition firms.
