Digital benefits can outweigh cyber risks with careful planning

The rapid progress of digitalisation across the maritime sector, coupled with the increase in communications during the pandemic, has led to a vast increase in satellite traffic. Maritime connectivity is at an all-time high and is set to rise even further as vessel operators and offshore installations fully embrace digitisation.
