The UK’sdecision to depart from the EU brought with it many complications, includingquestion marks over how intellectual property rights were to be protected orremain protected. Many design right holders may have found themselves inunknown territory, however as 2021 unfolded we have seen discussion andapplication of legal and commercial solutions in respect of these problemsanticipated following Brexit.
