Adviser jailed after seeking to avoid FCA restitution order by forging trust deed

An adviser who forged a trust deed to help his client avoid restitution payments relating to “several unauthorised collective
investment schemes” has been sentenced to 28 months in prison and disqualified from acting as a director for eight years.
