Singapore jabs

Singapore is reported to be widening its vaccination programme for seafarers who are on vessels that call at the city state’s port. Port agency GAC has said Singapore will be offering vaccinations to international ocean-going signing-on seafarers. Signing-on crew who will board their vessel within 24 hours of arrival in Singapore will be transferred directly to the vaccination centre on arrival and then to their ship after their vaccination. Companies will pay for the vaccination of their seafarers. The programme was set to start at the end of September.
