Food and beverage litigation in the US on the increase
Lawsuits targeting food and beverage labelling in the US have reached record levels, according to a report from the US Chamber
Institute for Legal Reform (ILR). The report states: “The unrelenting surge of class actions results from imaginative, shakedown
lawsuits generated by a relatively small group of attorneys.”
