Info Commissioner gives record fine to pensions firm over marketing calls

A Fulham-based firm has received thelargest fine handed out by the Information Commissioner regarding the making ofillegal
cold calls to consumers about pensions. The £140,000 penalty madeagainst EB Associates Group Limited relates to 107,000 calls
made during thefirst nine months of 2019.
