One in three UK electronic money firms flagged for ML risk – TI report

Anti-corruption group Transparency International (TI)has called on the British government to stiffen AML controls for the
UK’sbooming electronic moneyinstitutions (EMI) sector. It has concluded that ML risk red flags arepresent at one third of
such licensed businesses.
