Recommended Clauses
28.1
As discussed in Chapter 10, the clubs recommend a number of provisions to their members for incorporation into their charters or contracts of carriage which are designed to ensure that the member will not incur particular liabilities which are excluded from club cover. Many of the recommended clauses seek to exclude or restrict a member’s liabilities in respect of activities which are excluded from club cover.
