Rule XIII – Directive to Marking Surveyors
Rule XIII – Directive to Marking Surveyors
It has become apparent that considerable differences of practice exist between marking surveyors, and the following is therefore circulated with a view to the removal of any inconsistencies. It constitutes a considerable alteration of any existing practice and it is emphasised that it applies only to cases in which Rule XIII of the York-Antwerp Rules 1950 applies. No alteration of practice should be made in connection with cases marked according to the York-Antwerp Rules 1890 and 1924.
