This was the trial of an action in rem which the claimant, Qatar National Bank, sought to enforce a mortgage on the motor yacht Force India. The yacht had been arrested in January 2018 for non-payment of crew wages, and remained under arrest in Southampton. Judgment in default was obtained in May 2018.
