Retailers sent guidance on assisting disabled customers
The Equality and Human Rights Commission has sent guidance to CEOs of supermarkets and retail consortiums designed to help
the industry better assist disabled customers during the pandemic. It said the move was in response to growing concerns over
the accessibility of supermarkets and retailers.
