Sale of goods – Cargo of fuel oil – Certificate of Quality – Whether binding on parties – Whether buyer precluded from claiming that cargo was off-spec

This case concerned a dispute between the buyer and seller of a cargo of fuel oil loaded on board the vessel Nounou at Ventspils in Latvia in July 2018. The buyer (Septo) claimed that the cargo was off-spec and sought damages from the seller (Tintrade).
