James River completes sale of JRG Re

Sale of casualty reinsurance unit to Fleming Intermediate Holdings ends weeks of dispute between the two parties

Bermuda carrier James River Group has completed the $277m sale of its casualty reinsurance operation, JRG Reinsurance, to run-off specialist Fleming Intermediate Holdings.
