Time charter - Ownership of vessel transferred shortly after delivery under charter - Whether charterers entitled to be credited with value of charterers’ bunkers remaining on board at time of transfer of vessel to new owners

The vessel was chartered on the NYPE form for a period of minimum six months, charterers’ option further one month. Very shortly after delivery under the charter on 6 March 1990 she was sold to different owners who took on responsibility for the performance of the balance of the charter as from 28 March 1990.
