In bondage to history

LLOYD’S faces a new claims threat. The dark days of slavery are set to come back to haunt the market with a group of ancestors of African men, women and children who were transported to the US to be sold into bondage seeking recompense. US lawyers believe the market has a liability because they are alleged to have insured the ships that were used to carry slaves to their lives of servitude.
