Allianz will press on with China and India expansion plans

ALLIANZ intends to press ahead with its ambitious expansion plans in China and India next year on the back of steady progress in both countries during 2004, writes Edward Ion, Singapore. Dr Werner Zedelius, Allianz main board member and director in charge of developing markets, said the group had made significant steps in both these potentially giant markets in the current underwriting year.
