Charterparty - NYPE form - Warranty by owners that vessel's holds would be "grain clean" on arrival at first load port and that vessel would be off-hire if holds had to be cleaned - Vessel presented at first load port with coal residues - Charterers aware that vessel not "grain clean" but nevertheless loaded iron ore cargo at first load port without requiring holds to be cleaned
