Mareva injunction - Ancillary orders

The plaintiffs claimed to be victims of fraud. Affidavit evidence supported that claim, and their writ claimed damages for deceit and conspiracy to defraud against the first five defendants. They also claimed to trace £383,872 which they alleged had been paid into the sixth defendants’ bank account under a mistake of fact induced by the fraud.
