Mareva injunction - Applicability to non-foreign defendant confirmed by Court of Appeal

The Court of Appeal have held in a unanimous decision that a Mareva injunction may be granted against a non-foreign defendant if the circumstances were such that there was a danger of his absconding or of his assets being removed so as to render a judgment against him useless.
