Arbitration - Interim awards for hire

The owners claimed that deductions made from hire by time charterers were unjustified and sought an interim award from arbitrators for whatever minimum sum might be found due, before redelivery had taken place. Such an award was made. The charterers asked the Court to set aside or remit the award.
