Markey takes on additional role at Aon

AON RE Global, broking giant Aon’s reinsurance and captive services division, has made two changes to its Bermudian managerial team. Paul Markey, who continues as chairman of Aon Bermuda, has been named to the additional role of managing director of global market relationships. Pending Bermuda government approval, Markey will serve as a focal point for the co-ordination of Aon Re Global’s relationships with reinsurers around the world, providing placement support and guidance to Aon Re Global brokers and other specialists.
